Welcome to Veggie Recipes!
I'd love this to become a place where people can share their favourite recipes, discuss menus, ask advice on what to do with obscure ingredients. Anything that involves an appreciation of vegetarian food.
All are welcome here, from lifelong vegans to folk stuck on what to serve a veggie friend at a dinner party and would like some help. And of course, anyone in between.
I'd like to make it a friendly place where anyone can drop by :)
As for me, I've been a vegetarian for a large proportion of my life, but I've never quite been able to kick my cheese habit, so I remain on the edge of almost vegan-ness.
I've always believed that when it comes to vegetarianism, the best way to influence others is by example. Cooking for people and showing them that it isn't all beans and lentils (not that I don't adore beans and lentils!!) is the best way I can think of to do that.
So come on in, and share your favourite recipes! Heathly snacks, sinful desserts, warming soups, amazing salads or whatever you want to bring to the table, I look forward to your posts.
